This Privacy Policy explains how BubbleGum BI, Inc. ("BubbleGum BI") handles information in connection with our websites and services (the "Services"). It applies to our business customers and their authorized users. It should be read with our Terms of Service and any applicable client agreement.

1. Information we collect. We collect: (a) account and contact information (such as name, business email, and organization); (b) portfolio and operational data Clients or their systems provide so we can deliver the Services; (c) usage and technical information needed to operate and secure the Services (such as logs and device/browser data); and (d) information you submit through our websites or support channels.

2. Resident data. We do not intentionally collect or process personally identifiable information of Client residents as part of the Services.

3. How we use information. We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; support Clients and users; communicate about the Services; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

4. How we share information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, with other users in a Client organization as configured by that organization, and when required by law or to protect our rights and the Services. Client agreements may describe additional terms for Client data.

5. Retention and security. We retain information as needed to provide the Services and meet legal and contractual obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Services. Client data is isolated by organization (and, where configured, by property scope).

6. Your choices. Users may update certain account details in the Services or through their organization administrator. For privacy requests, contact legal@bubblegumbi.com. Some requests may need to go through the Client that controls the relevant account or data.

7. Changes. We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
