I founded BubbleGum BI in 2023 after years of frustration with multifamily analytics. As an asset manager, I spent countless hours manually pulling data from property management systems, building custom spreadsheets, and trying to answer basic questions about portfolio performance.

The tools available were either generic BI platforms requiring months of customization, or the native PMS reports that couldn't compare properties across different operators. I knew there had to be a better way.
